QUALITY POLICY
At Sciag Agroscientific Limited, achieving and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of our business to ensure that our products and services meet and exceed the expectation of customers is our goal.
To fulfill this goal, the management of Sciag Agroscientific Limited is committed to:
- Implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 Standard;
- Reviewing our products and service offerings regularly to deliver value to customers;
- Satisfying applicable requirements, including statutory and regulatory requirements, and those mutually agreed with customers;
- Using this policy as the framework for setting and reviewing our quality objectives;
- Developing staff capabilities for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QMS.
This policy is applicable at all levels within the organization and shall be reviewed and updated as necessary, communicated internally, and made available to relevant interested parties as appropriate.
